Account Development Executive

Job description:

  • Deliver on overall new business revenue, conversion rate and pipeline appointment contribution
  • Work in conjunction with outside sales to help refine targets, penetrate new accounts, develop new territories and deliver regional seminars
  • Focus on generating sales for the New England Region & New York Regions
  • Develop targeted campaigns and messaging in conjunction with marketing

Requirements:

  • Must have strong personal core values: honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, good team player
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Overall Experience: 3+ years or equivalent experience 
  • Proven track record consistently overachieving quarterly quotas 
  • Must have deep knowledge of storage, data warehousing and database concepts
  • Must have experience selling one of the following solutions: storage, data warehouse and database solutions
  • Ideal candidate would have experience selling enterprise software and appliances to F1000 accounts
  • Experience successfully executing complex sales cycles with CXOs and to both VPs of Application Development and Infrastructure
  • Formal sales training required: Solution-Selling preferred

Major Account Executive

Job description:

Major Account Executives are responsible for maximizing revenue within F1000 accounts.  This individual will be assigned to a select number of prospects and existing customers with the purpose of developing and closing new revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Must have strong personal core values: honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, good team player
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Overall Experience: 10+ years or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in solution sales within F1000 accounts
  • Proven track record consistently overachieving quarterly quotas and an annual quota of $2.5M 
  • Must have deep knowledge of storage, data warehousing and database concepts
  • Must have experience selling one of the following solutions: storage, data warehouse and database solutions
  • Ideal candidate would have experience selling enterprise software and appliances
  • Experience successfully executing complex sales cycles with CXOs and to both VPs of Application Development and Infrastructure

QA Engineer

Job description:

Manual and automated testing for the company's flagship product.


Requirements:

  • At least two years experience in manual testing of software system based Unix / Linux
  • IT experience
  • Experience in one of the following areas: Networking, Storage, and Distributed systems - an advantage
  • Experience in developing automated testing - advantage
  • Development experience in Shell Scripts / Python – advantage

Research Student

Job description: 

Research and perform prototype level programming of systems software for a distributed, high-performance Linux based software system.

 

Requirements:

  •  At least 5th semester student in either CS or EE with CS-relevant courses.
  •  Knowledge of basic linux administration tasks. Experience as linux netowrk admin a plus.
  •  Knowledge of basic linux system level programming in C (sockets, system-calls, etc.). Experience with scripting languages a big plus.
  •  Experience programming in open source software projects (kernel code, userspace packages, etc.) a big plus.
  •  Quick learner, with passion for computer technology.
  • Capable for at-least 20 work hours a week.
