Dani Golan Co-Founder & CEODani Golan oversees strategy, go-to-market and overall company operations. Previously, Dani served as President and General Manager of Performix Technologies, acquired by NICE Systems in 2006. Prior to Performix, Dani was an executive responsible for leading new ventures at EMC. Dani holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Prior to his professional career, Dani served as a fighter pilot and an officer in the Israeli Air Force. |

Ofir Dubovi Co-Founder, Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Ofir Dubovi is responsible for Kaminario’s global operations and finance, and has extensive experience in sales, business development, operations and delivery. Prior to Kaminario, Ofir was a COO at NICE Systems. Previous positions included senior management at Amdoc’s System Integration Division.
Ofir holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Management, Information Systems, and an Executive MBA from NYU Stern Business School, LSE in London, and HEC in Paris.

Bartal Vindzberg Vice President & CTO
Bartal Vindzberg has 20 years of experience in leading engineering organizations and building world-class, enterprise-grade products. Bartal is responsible for the company`s technological vision. Prior, Bartal served as Director, Product Line Development at Symantec, overseeing and building various R&D units, where he was responsible for the definition, design and development of innovative Application Performance Management solutions. Bartal held several senior management positions at Veritas, Precise Software Solutions, and the Israeli Defense Forces.
Bartal holds a BA in Computer Science from the Open University, Tel Aviv, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Phil Harrell Vice President Sales
Phil Harrell has 17 years of sales and marketing leadership experience. Prior to Kaminario, Phil spent nearly 10 years at Akamai Technologies, where he was a key contributor to Akamai's explosive growth from an early stage start up to its current position as a leading Internet company with more than $800M in revenue. Phil launched several successful initiatives for Akamai, including developing Akamai's application performance solutions business worldwide. Previous to Akamai, Phil held sales positions at Pegasystems and co-founded an Internet start up called Summa Systems. Phil holds a BA in Public Policy and Slavic Languages from Duke University and is a graduate of MIT Sloan School's Greater Boston Executive Program.

Shachar Fienblit Vice President Engineering Shachar Fienblit has 12 years of experience in enterprise system development. Shachar is responsible for research, development and quality assurance of Kaminario Products. Prior to Kaminario, Shachar held various leadership positions at IBM storage division, where he was responsible for architecture, definition, design and development of several enterprise storage products. Shachar was an architect of advanced copy functions for IBM's DS family of storage products and the leading architect in IBM Haifa storage development lab.

Gareth Taube
Vice President Marketing
Gareth Taube is responsible for the company's marketing strategy and execution. Gareth has 20 years of successful high technology marketing and management experience having been the CMO for five successful early stage companies, two of which became public companies. He has created successful brands for companies in the software tools, applications, networks and services markets, and has a track record of creating sustainable revenue growth through strong marketing execution. Prior to joining Kaminario, Mr. Taube ran Market Recognition; a marketing consulting firm specializing in developing market strategies for VC funded early stage companies. Previously, he was an SVP at Emulex, where he ran the IP Storage Networking Group. He was also SVP of sales and marketing at Giganet, an early stage networking company from its founding until its acquisition by Emulex. Mr. Taube was also CMO and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Seque Software, Peritus Software Services, and Praxis International. Prior to that Mr. Taube was a Global Corporate Sales Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Taube holds BS and MS degrees from the City University of New York. |
